About Loretta and leadership coaching

A leadership expert and executive coach, Loretta Brown specialises in the development of executive and leadership capacity in public, private and not for profit organizations.

My main interest is in supporting leadership, through customised individual leadership development and leadership coaching. Working with a small handful of clients, I provide highly personalised and in depth support.

Over the past fifteen years Loretta has been developing leaders in one to one coaching engagements, as well within executive leadership programmes. For five years as Corporate Programme Director at Excelerator, The New Zealand Leadership Institute, University of Auckland Business School, Loretta has developed expertise in leadership programme design, facilitation and research.

Loretta has been instrumental in developing the coaching and mentoring profession in New Zealand, advocating ethical and professional practice. As founder of the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre she is passionate about high quality professional supervision of coaches, mentors and consultants.
